Abstract

Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2009 on Public Services regulates that every public service provider is obligated to conduct an evaluation of the performance of public service providers. One form of this evaluation is realized through the implementation of the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM), as stipulated in the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation Number 14 of 2017 on Guidelines for Preparing Community Satisfaction Surveys for Public Service Units.

BPS-Statistics, as one of the public service providers that provides data and statistical information, continuously strives to provide excellent service to its consumers. BPS has been conducting SKM regularly every year, integrated into the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims not only to obtain the level of consumer satisfaction with the data services provided by BPS-Statistics of Bogor Regency but also to identify the data needs and consumer satisfaction with the quality of the data produced by BPS.

The report on the implementation of the SKD 2024 is presented in the form of a publication titled " Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Bogor Regency 2024." This publication provides an overview of consumer data needs, the perception of consumers regarding the performance of BPS-Statistics of Bogor Regency service unit, and the perception of consumers regarding the quality of BPS data. The main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
