March 17, 2025 – PAPAIS Bogor Returns

On March 17, 2025, at the BPS Kabupaten Bogor office courtyard, the monthly PAPAIS Bogor event was held once again. This regular activity aims to reignite employees' work spirit by sharing inspiring messages.

This session of PAPAIS was delivered by Anita Fitriyani, a staff member from the IPDS function. She shared an insightful parable about gold and soil.

Gold, with its dazzling appearance, is considered precious but often proud and arrogant. In contrast, soil—ordinary in appearance and often stepped on—provides countless benefits to living beings.

The parable suggests that those who "shine" due to wealth, status, intelligence, or beauty may not always be beneficial to others. Meanwhile, those who go unnoticed—like soil—often contribute significantly to society. A person’s true worth is not determined by what they possess, but by the benefits they bring to others.

The session concluded with the hadith:
"Khayrunnas anfa’uhum linnas"
"The best of people are those who are most beneficial to others."
