The "PAPAIS" (Pagi-Pagi Menginspirasi) activity is part of an innovation by BPS Bogor Regency to support Bureaucratic Reform, held every Monday morning.
This time, PAPAIS was filled by the Analyst of State Budget Financial Management, Alin Fadhlina S.ST., M.E.K.K, with the theme Inspiration from the Story of a Pencil.
A pencil can move because there is a hand that moves it, meaning that the success we achieve is certainly by the will of God Almighty.
A pencil always leaves a mark when it is written on paper; every person will leave an impression on others, and of course, we want to be known as a good person.
A pencil must be sharpened to stay sharp, which means that every person faces difficulties or problems in order to overcome tests in life.
The essence of a pencil is the graphite carbon inside it, meaning that we must be good and useful to others from within ourselves.
If there is a mistake in writing, the pencil's writing can be erased, just as every person has made mistakes and must correct them as soon as possible.

As statisticians, the inspiration from the story of a pencil will motivate us to become better individuals and be beneficial to others.
