June 2021 Combined 7 Municipalities CPI of Jawa Barat Experience Deflation of 0.23 percent

Abstract

In June 2021, Combined CPI of Jawa Barat covering 7 municipalities, namely Bogor municipality, Sukabumi municipality, Bandung municipality, Cirebon municipality, Bekasi municipality, Depok municipality and Tasikmalaya municipality experienced a decline. Consumer Price Index (CPI) from 107.78 in May 2021 to 107.53 in June 2021; thus there was a deflation of 0.23 percent.
The inflation rate for the calendar year "year to date" (January - June 2021) was 0.73 percent and the inflation rate from year to year "year on year" (June 2021 to June 2020) was recorded at 1.46 percent.
