BPS has drafted the Initial Strategic Plan (Renstra) for 2025-2029. In this plan, BPS envisions becoming an "Independent, Trusted Institution that Actively Supports Data-Driven Policy Formulation."

In 2025, the government faces various challenges. As civil servants (ASN) guided by the core values of BerAhlak, it is crucial to adapt to any situation, including current challenges. Therefore, breakthroughs, innovations, and adjustments from all BPS human resources are necessary to navigate these changes.
