Coordination Meeting 13 February 2025

Held at Gedung Serbaguna I Setda Kabupaten Bogor, the Bogor Regency Government organized a Coordination Meeting with Heads of Regional Apparatus, Directors of RSUD, Sub-district Heads, and Directors of BUMD with the theme "Enhancing Statistical Understanding to Determine Development Policy Directions."

The Coordination Meeting featured speakers:

• Dr. Eni Lestariningsih, S.Si, M.A., Head of the Human Resources Bureau of BPS RI
• Dr. Daryanto, M.M., Head of BPS Kabupaten Bogor

The meeting was opened by Ajat Rochmat Jatnika, S.T., M.Si., Regional Secretary of Kabupaten Bogor.

In her presentation, Dr. Eni Lestariningsih discussed "Building Competent and Ethical Human Resources: As an Effort to Improve Statistical Literacy," emphasizing that civil servant competencies must adapt, their mindset must be results-oriented, and they should be adaptive to advances in science and technology.

Dr. Daryanto delivered a presentation on Macro Indicators, Price Development Index, and Desa Cantik Kabupaten Bogor.

• The Macro Indicators discussion included population, poverty and inequality data, policy recommendations for poverty alleviation, Gini Ratio, employment, economic growth, Human Development Index (HDI), and guidance for Desa Cantik (Desa Cinta Statistik) to enhance targeted village development.

On this occasion, the Head of the Human Resources Bureau of BPS and the Head of BPS Kabupaten Bogor held a friendly meeting with Acting Regent of Bogor, Dr. Ir. Bachlil Bakri, M.App.Sc., and Acting Regent of Payakumbuh, Ir. Suprayitno, M.A.
